Desirae founded her own private investigations firm after leaving the Public Defender’s office, specializing primarily in criminal defense cases. Today, she offers a full spectrum of investigative services, including mitigation work, personal injury, and civil investigations.

As a second-generation private investigator, Desirae has been immersed in the field from a young age. With over 12 years of licensed investigative experience in California, she’s deeply committed to advocating for a comprehensive approach to each case. Desirae believes in focusing on her clients as whole individuals and collaborating closely with teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Throughout her career, Desirae has worked on a diverse range of cases, including homicide, multi-defendant drug cases, LPS and probate conservatorships, marijuana cultivation violations with fish and wildlife, dependency and juvenile delinquency cases, human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault investigations.

Renowned for her expertise in conducting interviews, Desirae combines a strong work ethic with compassion and emotional intelligence, allowing her to connect with people and understand their unique situations.

Desirae is an active member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (C.A.L.I.) and the National Defense Investigators Association (N.D.I.A.), contributing to the profession's ongoing development and standards.
